Formula and Ingredients

This is a thin liquid cleaner with deionized water as its base and first ingredient. Mild surfactants such as Sodium C 14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Disodium Lauroamphodiacetate, Sodium Trideceth Sulfate and Cocamidopropyl Betaine do the cleaning. Triclosan provides the anti-bacterial action. Citric Acid, Propylene Glycol, Tetrasodium EDTA, and Methylchloroisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone round out the formula.

Here is the full ingredient list as supplied: Deionized Water, Sodium C 14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Disodium Lauroamphodiacetate, Sodium Trideceth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Propylene Glycol, Triclosan, Citric Acid, Methychloroisothiazolinone and Methyllisothiazolinone, Tetrasodium EDTA. If you know you react to any of these, check the list before you buy.

How to Apply It

Spray the toy lightly. Don't drench it. A light, even mist across the surface is all the instructions call for. Then let the toy air dry, or wipe it gently with a clean, soft cloth. Use a soft cloth rather than paper towels so you don't leave lint behind. For toys with electronics, the light-spray method keeps the liquid on the surface and away from charging ports and seams.

This product is a cleaner, not a lube. Let your toy dry fully before you add your usual lubricant.

What to Know

The listing gives the packaged dimensions as 6.75 in length and 1.5 in width, with a weight of 0.3. That slim bottle fits easily in a nightstand drawer or toy bag. Doc Johnson backs the cleaner with a 90 day warranty, and it is made in the USA.
