Smooth and seamless under the fingertips, the silicone has no ridges or joins to catch on as you handle it. This is a Kegel training system built around a silicone holder and three interchangeable weighted balls. You choose a ball, seat it in the holder, insert, and let the attached retrieval cord trail outside the body for easy removal. The waterproof build means you can wash the holder and balls with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner, then let everything air dry fully before storing.
