Colt Snug Tugger

A Stretchy Dual Ring for Penis and Scrotum

Couples and solo players who want a stretchy ring that holds both the shaft and the scrotum can use the Colt Snug Tugger from California Exotic Novelties, a double cock ring with one loop around the shaft and a second loop circling the scrotum. Its stretchy TPR loops are made for a close hold that slips on and off without fuss. It comes in classic black or a bold, vibrant red.

Inner Ring Design and Tightness

The design is simple. Two connected openings of different sizes hug the body at two points. The 1 inch penis ring grips tightly at the base, while the slightly wider 1.25 inch scrotum ring cradles from below. Together they create a firm, even squeeze rather than a single pinch point. The inner surfaces are smooth, so the sensation comes from pressure and snugness, not from texture.

Grip, Control and Material Feel

The Snug Tugger is made from phthalate-free TPR (thermoplastic rubber), and it is super stretchy. You can pull it wide to slide it on, then let it settle back into a close fit. It flexes with your anatomy and stays in place during play without feeling rigid.

• Dual ring layout for penis and scrotum
• Super stretchy, phthalate-free TPR
• Smooth surface that is soft against skin
• Compact 2 inch by 2.25 inch footprint
• Available in black or red

Cleanup and Care

There are no seams or crevices to scrub, so cleaning is quick. Wash it with warm water and mild soap, or use a toy cleaner, after every session. Pat it dry with a soft towel and store it somewhere cool and dry so the TPR stays soft and stretchy.

Note: The product photos show the ring on a glass dildo for demonstration. The dildo is not included.
