Dope! Game

Over 300 Questions Across Four Categories

Friend groups who like testing how well they really know each other will get plenty out of this card deck. It holds more than 300 prompts, sorted into four categories, including "In the Joint" and "Duh or Huh?" Each prompt is built to be a little ridiculous, so the answers tend to wander in unexpected directions.

Sample prompts show the tone. One asks which cereal brand mascot you would most want to share breakfast with. Another asks where you were the last time you were locked inside something. Neither has an obvious right answer, and that is the point.

How a Round Moves From Spinner to Pad

A player spins the spinner, then asks another player one of the two questions printed on the card. That player writes an answer on the pad. The first other player to guess the answer, or the closest guess, wins the card as a point.

Because the scoring depends on guessing, every round rewards whoever pays the most attention to the group. The rules are simple enough that new players can follow along after one spin.

Card Stock Build, Black and Green Finish

The cards and pad are made from card stock paper, and the set comes in black and green. It weighs about 0.5 pounds, so it fits easily into a bag. Nothing in the set runs on batteries or any other power source.

It is not water resistant, so keep the cards dry and away from spilled drinks. Since nothing here needs power and the whole set weighs about half a pound, it is easy to carry from one table to the next.
