Drinking Dreidels

Speed quarters with spinning tops in place of coins is the simplest way to describe Drinking Dreidels from Kheper Games. Players spin, follow whatever the spin calls for, and pass the tops along before anyone else can catch up. The pace picks up fast, and the round tightens the moment one player is left holding both.

Two Tops Moving Around the Table

Each turn starts with a spin. The result tells the player what to do, and then the dreidels go to the next person. The goal is to be the last player still in the game, which means getting rid of both dreidels before someone else ends up with both tops.

Quick Passes Keep Every Round Short

Rounds move quickly because nobody can hold a dreidel for long. A player who spins has to act on the result and hand the tops off before the next person gets a turn. Attention stays on the table, and the group tends to lose track of who is close to being stuck with both.

That constant motion is the reason the game feels so different from a slower drinking game. There is little waiting between turns, and the table never sits still.

Lightweight ABS Plastic Built for Fast Spins

Each dreidel is molded from ABS plastic, a rigid material that holds up to repeated spinning and passing from hand to hand. The tops are light enough that moving them around quickly feels natural rather than awkward.

Keep them clean and dry between sessions, since ABS does not need anything special beyond a quick wipe.
