Fantasy X-Tensions Elite Extension W/ Strap

Fit, Extender and Ball Strap

Slide this sleeve on and feel the stretch as it settles over the shaft. Pipedream Products built the Fantasy X-tensions Elite Extension with Strap from Elite Silicone that pulls snugly over the shaft and settles into place with a soft, skin-like give. The surface carries lifelike texturing, so it looks and feels realistic from base to tip. A removable 2-inch extender sits inside the tip for added depth, and a flexible ball strap anchors everything so the sleeve stays put during use. You can choose a light beige skin tone or a rich brown shade.

Materials, Size and Colors

• Material: Elite Silicone with a soft, realistic texture
• Length: adds 6 inches of length
• Girth: adds up to 66% girth for a fuller feel
• Removable extender: a 2-inch insert at the tip for extra depth
• Ball strap: adjustable and stretchy, wraps around the testicles for stability
• Colors: light beige skin tone or brown

Putting It On

Setup takes a minute or two once you have done it before.

1. Fold the sleeve inside out until the extender can be inserted into the tip.
2. Apply lubricant generously and insert the extender into the sleeve.
3. Press your penis head against the extender.
4. Pull the sleeve all the way down to cover your entire shaft.
5. Stretch the ball strap and wrap it around your testicles for a secure fit.

The stretchy construction adapts to a wide range of sizes, and the strap keeps the sleeve from sliding forward.

Care and Lube

Pair this penis extension with a water-based lube only. Oil-based and silicone-based lubricants can break down the silicone. After each session, take out the extender and wash both pieces with toy cleaner and warm water. For a deeper clean, both parts can be boiled for three minutes. Let them cool completely before handling. Regular cleaning keeps the sleeve in good shape for longer.
