Product Description
A Thick, Textured Penis Sleeve for Couples
Made from a TPR and silicone blend, this penis sleeve and penis extension adds noticeable girth and length, giving a partner a fuller feel. The wearer gets a textured, snug channel that works much like a stroker. It comes in two lengths: a 7.5 inch version for maximum fullness and a more manageable 5.5 inch option.

| Women | this is the toy you did not even know you needed |
Internal Texture and Channel Design
Inside, the channel is lined with rows of ribs broken up by clusters of raised nubs. As the sleeve moves, those ribs grip and release while the nubs add small points of pressure along the shaft. The fit is tight, and the closed tip traps air, so every stroke produces a gentle suction pull. It feels busy in the best way. The ribs and nubs sit in smooth-walled grooves, which also means water flows straight through when you rinse it.
Grip and Control
Staying put matters with a sleeve this thick. A sturdy loop wraps behind the scrotum to anchor the base, and it adds a light tug with each thrust. The closed tip holds the shape forward, so the sleeve does not bunch or slide around. Rolling it on and peeling it off takes seconds.
- Ribbed and nubbed internal channel
- Closed tip for suction and stability
- Thick scrotum loop for a secure base
- Two lengths: 7.5 inches and 5.5 inches
- Phthalate-free and latex-free
Material Feel and Cleanup
The sleeve is made from SilaSkin, Perfect Fit's blend of TPR and silicone. It is silky, very stretchy and soft enough to read as skin under the hand. Pair it only with a water-based lube for smooth glide. The material meets European EN71-3 toy safety standards. After each session, wash it with mild soap and warm water, let it dry, and store it away from latex items, since the two do not mix.
