Fetish Fantasy Adjustable Nipple Chain Clamps

How These Clamps Work in Use

Squeeze the spring-loaded clamps open, set them over your nipples and let go. From there, a small screw on each clamp sets the tightness, so you decide how firm the grip becomes. Turn it in for more bite. Back it off for a lighter hold. A rubber lining inside each clamp cushions the squeeze, keeping the pressure from feeling harsh against sensitive skin.

Build & Quality

This set from the Fetish Fantasy Series by Pipedream Products is built around a sturdy metal chain and metal clamp hardware. The chain runs 18.11 inches in total length, which leaves plenty of slack between the clamps for movement and repositioning. That chain is more than a connector. It opens up other options for play, such as a gentle tug that sends sensation straight to both clamps at once. The set is phthalate-free.

Hardware & Adjustability

Two mechanisms do the work here. The spring keeps each clamp closed once it is in place, and the screw fine-tunes that hold. Because the tightness is set by hand rather than fixed at the factory, the clamps adapt to different nipple sizes and different sensation preferences. Start loose, then tighten in small turns until the grip feels right.
