Product Description
A Mouthguard Core Under a Classic Ball
A ball gag with a mouthguard core. The Gag Order Extreme Silicone Ball Gag keeps the familiar rounded outer ball but shapes the inside like a mouthguard, giving the wearer a firm surface to bite down on rather than only a ball to rest against.
Because the interior is contoured, the gag fills the mouth more completely than a standard ball gag. The silicone is body-safe and phthalate-free, so the surface stays smooth where it meets the lips and teeth.

Vegan Leather Straps With Nickel-Free Buckles
The strap is vegan leather paired with metal fittings. Its buckles are nickel-free and adjust the length, so the gag can be set to sit snugly around the head.
The buckles are the points where the fit is set, which makes them the part of the gag you will handle most often when putting it on.
Strap Range and Overall Dimensions
The strap runs from 17.5 to 23.5 inches in circumference, a 6-inch range. The gag itself measures 3.8 inches long, 2.8 inches wide, and 2.3 inches high, so the bite-down portion is substantial rather than slight.
Wash the silicone with warm water and mild soap after use.
When comparing this gag with similar models, the 6-inch strap range and the choice of red or black are the two details worth weighing.
