Product Description
This candle pours as massage oil. Light it, let the top soften, then blow out the flame and the wax turns into a warm, slick oil ready for the hands. It's a soy-based formula blended with several plant oils, so the melted version feels silky rather than waxy.
Formula and Texture
The base is soy, combined with eight natural oils, including seed oil, vitamin E, jojoba, avocado, and apricot. Once melted, the oil is creamy and glides easily over skin, then absorbs into it. The formula contains no paraffin or petroleum-based ingredients.
Because the blend is oil-based, it doesn't mix with water, so it rinses off with soap and water after use.
Sizes, Scents and Use
Pour or spoon the warm oil straight into your hands. A spoon comes with the candle, which keeps dispensing neat. It works well right after a shower or bath, when the body is clean and warm.
The range includes several scent options in the 6oz size, plus a smaller 1.75oz size that is easier to carry.
Compatibility With Toys and Condoms
Since the oil is oil-based, it is not a match for latex condoms, and it can break them down. It is also best kept away from silicone toys, because oil can degrade silicone over time. For use with condoms or toys, a water-based or silicone-based lube is the better choice.
Store the candle upright and away from heat so the wax keeps its shape.
