Hydromax 7

Water Vacuum and Fit Range

Water, not air, creates the vacuum in the Bathmate Hydromax 7. You fill the chamber, seal it against the body, and the water spreads suction evenly around the shaft. Compared with an air-only penis pump, the feel is softer and more uniform, with no sharp, pinching pressure points. It sizes for penis lengths from 5 to 7 inches, and its inner chamber gives up to 10 inches of internal length, so there is plenty of room inside the tube.

Fit Range and Chamber Length

• Fit range: Made for penis sizes between 5 and 7 inches.
• Internal length: The chamber measures up to 10 inches inside.
• Materials: Skin-safe, medical-grade materials that are phthalate-free.
• Valve: A redesigned valve system for releasing and adjusting suction.
• Handball: A detachable handball for hands-on pressure control.
• In the box: Ships with the accessories needed to set it up and maintain it.

Design & Build

The detachable handball is the most practical upgrade here. You can add suction gradually, a squeeze at a time, instead of relying only on the bath-and-press method. When you want to ease off, the updated valve releases pressure cleanly, so you are always in charge of how firm the seal feels. The chamber is rigid and sturdy, made to hold up to regular use in the shower or tub.

There are two colors. The red version gives the pump a bold, saturated look. The clear version has a transparent chamber, so you can watch the vacuum work in real time and judge fit and pressure by sight.

Bath Use and Color Options

This pump is made to be used in water, so the bath or shower is its natural setting. Pick the transparent model if you like visual feedback while you use it. Pick the red one if you would rather have a pump with some color. Both share the same fit range, internal length, valve and handball, so the only real difference between them is how they look.
