Hydroxtreme 7 Crystal Clear

Handball Pump for Bath or Shower Use

The Bathmate Hydroxtreme 7 Crystal Clear pairs a water-based penis pump with an add-on handball, so you can build more pressure than the cylinder creates alone. It is sized for users measuring 5 to 7 inches when erect. The clear ABS plastic body is fully waterproof and needs no power, which makes it a natural fit for the bath or shower. Bathmate suggests starting with five-minute sessions.

How the Handball Works

A standard hydropump relies on the seal and your own pumping motion. The Hydroxtreme 7 adds a handball you squeeze to draw out more air and water, which gives you finer control over how much suction builds. Squeeze slowly and the pressure rises in small, manageable steps. Water inside the cylinder spreads that suction evenly, so it feels like a snug, cushioned pull rather than a sharp grab.

Design & Build

The cylinder is made from crystal clear ABS plastic, so you can watch what is happening the whole time. It has a single entry and no motor, batteries or charging cable. Rinse it after each use and it is ready for the next session.

Sizing, Dimensions and Warranty

The Hydroxtreme line comes in multiple sizes, so check your measurements before choosing this model. The pump is about 11 inches long and weighs 3.55. It is backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
