Hydroxtreme 9 Crystal Clear

Handball Pressure and Sizing Range

The Bathmate Hydroxtreme 9 Crystal Clear pairs Bathmate's water-based penis pump design with a handball add-on, so you can build more pressure than the cylinder alone creates. You fill it with water, seal it in place, then squeeze the handball to draw the pressure up gradually. It is sized for users who measure 7 to 9 inches when erect.

Design & Build

The cylinder is crystal clear plastic, so you can see exactly what is happening inside during a session. A valve system lets you adjust and release pressure with control, and the handball detaches when you want the pump on its own. It runs with no power at all. Water does the work, which is why it sits naturally in the bath or shower.

It measures 13.0 in length and weighs 3.73. Because it is fully waterproof and reusable, it rinses clean and stays ready for the next session.

Session Length, Fit and Warranty

Bathmate recommends starting with five-minute sessions and getting comfortable with the handball before building pressure further. If your measurements fall outside 7 to 9 inches, the line comes in multiple sizes, so check fit before choosing this model. The pump arrives with its accessories and is backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty, a solid sign of the build quality behind it.
