Purified water forms the base of this formula, and propanediol acts as a humectant to help it hold moisture on the skin. Hydroxyethylcellulose, a plant-derived cellulose, gives the lubricant its body. The texture is light and slick rather than heavy, and it spreads with very little effort.
The formula is free from parabens and glycerin. Because it is water-based, it rinses away with water and soap and leaves no greasy film behind, which helps when you move between skin and toys during the same session.
