The cylinder is made from ABS plastic, a hard, non-porous material that stays rigid through regular handling. The base and cap are thermoplastic rubber, and the squeeze bulb is latex.
Operation is one-handed. Squeeze the bulb to build suction, then press the push button to release it. Because the cylinder is rigid, all types of lubricant can be used with it, and the plastic does not need special handling. Clean the pump before and after each use.
