This 2022 edition covers 365 sex positions, one for every day of the year. Each one gets a full-color illustration by Alicia Rihko, a freelance illustrator based in Spain whose work draws on pop culture imagery and bold color. The drawings do most of the explaining, so a position can be understood at a glance before anyone tries it.

Claudia Blake wrote the text. She is a novelist, sex writer and masseuse, and she draws on the classic Eastern erotic text that inspired the book. Alongside each position are erotic tips meant to help readers get more from it. Some entries are familiar classics such as The Peacock's Tail. Others carry more unusual names, including The Tiger's Claw, The Reckless Grasp and The Seated High.
