Kegel Training 5 pc Set

How the Set Feels in Use

Five smooth silicone exercisers, each a little heavier than the last. That is the whole idea behind the CalExotics Kegel Training 5-Piece Set. You start with the lightest weight, get used to holding it, then move up through the set as your pelvic floor workout becomes familiar. The silicone has a soft, slick surface with no scent, and the dual weights inside shift subtly with movement for a gentle internal sensation. Sessions are designed to take only five minutes a day, which makes the routine easy to fit in.

What Comes in the Set

• Five graduated Kegel balls: 40 g, 60 g, 80 g, 100 g and 120 g (roughly 1.41 to 4.23 ounces)
• A full workout routine to guide your progression
• Extended retrieval cord on each exerciser for quick, gentle removal
• Body-safe silicone that is unscented and phthalate-free
• Waterproof construction

Material and Lube Compatibility

Because the exercisers are made from body-safe silicone, a water-based lubricant is the right match for this set. Silicone-based lube can degrade the surface of silicone toys over time, so skip it here. A small amount of water-based lube is enough to make insertion comfortable without making the exerciser too slippery to hold. The waterproof build means the set rinses clean easily.

Application and Care

Begin with the 40 g exerciser. Insert it with a little lube, leaving the retrieval cord outside the body, and follow the included routine. Only step up to the next weight once the current one feels easy to hold. When you finish, pull gently on the cord to remove it. Wash each piece after every use with warm water and mild soap or a dedicated toy cleaner, let it air dry, and store the set somewhere clean and dust-free.
