Suction you control one turn at a time. Each turn of the screw adds a little more pull to the cups, so you can start gently on the nipples, neck, or another sensitive spot and increase the strength as you go. Press the cups onto skin, then turn the handle to the left to build the vacuum. Because the pressure climbs in small steps, you can stop at whatever level feels right instead of jumping straight to maximum.

The body is ABS plastic, and the set also includes rubber and steel in its construction. That combination gives each cup a firm shape that holds its position against the skin while the vacuum is working, and the screw mechanism turns smoothly enough to make small adjustments without fuss.

These cups are meant only for intact skin. Avoid broken or irritated areas, and keep them for external use. Wash them with warm water and anti-bacterial soap, then let them air dry completely before storing.
