Hands-on control starts here. Doc Johnson's Main Squeeze Mia Malkova is a stroker. A soft Ultraskyn sleeve sits inside a rigid hardshell case, and the case has a squeezable grip. Press harder and the sleeve tightens around you. Ease off and it loosens. A suction adjusting end cap on the back lets you dial airflow up or down, so you can switch from a loose glide to a tighter, clingier pull mid-session.

The entry is molded directly from Mia Malkova's body. Inside, the sleeve has its own pleasure-textured interior, distinct from the other sleeves in the Main Squeeze line, with a plush, snug fit along the full channel.

Material Feel

Ultraskyn is a phthalate-free thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) with a soft, skin-like give. It grips as you move and warms to body temperature quickly, so the sleeve stops feeling cool within the first few strokes. Pair it with plenty of water-based lube for a smooth, wet slide. It works for solo play or when a partner takes over the handle.

Size & Fit

With 8 inches of usable length and a 9.5-inch circumference, the channel accommodates a full stroke. The 3-inch width keeps the case comfortable to hold in one hand. Since it is a single-entry design, the closed end is what makes the suction cap effective.
