This set links three points of contact into one connected piece. Two alligator style nipple clamps hang from a chain that forms a Y shape, and that chain runs down to a 1.75 inch metal cock ring. Hardware & Adjustability

Each clamp uses an alligator style jaw with an adjustable pressure screw. Turn it to dial the grip lighter or firmer, and set each side independently. The PU leather belt is adjustable too. Shorten it to bring the clamps and cock ring closer together for more tension, or lengthen it to ease the pull.
