Natural Realskin Vibrating Xtender W/ Scrotum Ring Flesh

How It Feels

This penis extension from Nasstoys of New York adds three inches of length and roughly 30% more girth, and it anchors with a ring that loops behind the scrotum. The sleeve is made from thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), a soft material with a skin-like give that warms quickly in the hand. It slides over the shaft and settles into a snug, close fit. The scrotum ring holds the sleeve in place so it stays put during movement and keeps a steady hug at the base. For a partner, the result is a realistic shaft with extra length and width. For the wearer, it means a firm, wrapped sensation along the penis and gentle pressure around the scrotum.

Vibration Modes

A removable bullet vibrator tucks into the sleeve and sends vibration through the material to both wearer and partner. Its multiple settings run from soft pulses to deeper, throbbing patterns, and the intensity is adjustable. The motor is small but steady, and it runs quietly enough to stay in the background.

• Removable bullet vibrator: 2.25 inches long, 0.6825 inches in diameter
• Multiple vibration settings with adjustable intensity
• Quiet motor operation
• Waterproof, so it works in the shower or bath
• Scrotum ring for a secure fit at the base

Design Details

The insertable shaft measures about 6.375 inches long with a diameter of approximately 1.5325 inches, which gives it a substantial, full-bodied feel. The bullet housing is ABS plastic, a hard, smooth shell that holds up well with regular use. Everything is phthalate-free and RoHS compliant. Because it's waterproof, cleanup is simple: pop out the bullet, rinse the sleeve, and let it dry.

Color Options

There are two skin tones to pick from: a light beige and a warm brown. Both have the same lifelike surface texture and the same three inches of added length, so you can choose the shade that suits you best without giving up any features.
