Ingredients & Compatibility

The full ingredient list: petrolatum, paraffin, cetyl alcohol, isopropyl myristate, flavor, aroma, menthol, saccharin and propylparaben. Petrolatum and paraffin make this an oil-based balm, not a water-based one. That matters. Oil-based formulas can weaken latex, so keep this balm away from latex condoms and latex toys. Wipe it off nipples and lips before switching to any latex barrier. It also takes more effort to rinse than a water-based product, so plan on warm water and a little soap for cleanup.

Application

Start small. A thin layer dabbed onto the nipples or lips is enough to wake up the cooling effect, and you can add more once you know how intense it feels for you. Give it a few seconds to warm against the skin, then tease with fingertips, breath or mouth. Blowing gently across the area sharpens the chill. Reapply whenever the tingle fades.
