The stretcher features an hourglass shape with inner rings at the top and bottom, designed to prevent slipping even during vigorous activity. Equipped with three stainless steel weights, each weighing one ounce (total of 3 ounces), the Heavy Squeeze offers customizable tension. These weights are corrosion-resistant, ensuring longevity and safety during use. The weights are housed in dedicated pockets evenly spaced around the perimeter of the stretcher, promoting balanced tugging and even distribution of pressure.
