Thumb-Controlled Suction and a Textured Fanta Flesh Channel

The real draw of the PDX Elite Air Tight Oral Stroker from Pipedream Products is the suction control you run with one thumb. Peel off the suction control sticker, then cover or uncover the opening to set how hard the sleeve pulls on each stroke. Light contact gives a loose, airy glide. Seal it fully and the tightness builds fast. Inside the single-entry case is a soft Fanta Flesh sleeve made from phthalate-free TPR, and it warms to body temperature as you use it.

Internal Texture: Ribs, Bumps and Layered Patterns

The channel is lined with massaging ribs, raised bumps and a mix of other textures. The ribs pass over the shaft as rolling ridges on every thrust, and the bumps add small points of pressure between them. Each section of the sleeve feels a little different, so a full stroke runs through several sensations. Add suction and the textured walls press closer, which makes every ridge more noticeable.

Grip & Control

A ribbed exterior case gives your hand a secure hold and keeps the sleeve enclosed while you play. For a different feel, slide the sleeve out and use it on its own as a handheld stroker. Without the case it is softer and more flexible, and you control the squeeze directly.

Cleanup & Care

Because the sleeve comes out of the case, cleaning is simple. Rinse it with warm water, use Refresh Toy Cleaner, and let it dry completely. Then dust it with Fanta Flesh Revive powder so the material stays soft. Samples of toy cleaner, lube and Revive come in the box, so you can use it and care for it right away.
