The PDX Elite Suck n Pump Stroker from Pipedream Products builds two experiences into one clear cylinder, and you switch between them with the medical-style pump ball. Set it to the PUMP position and every squeeze pulls air from the chamber, building a strong vacuum around your shaft. Move it to the STROKER position and the vacuum becomes a tight, oral-style suction that grips you as you move. Twist the top dial for multi-speed vibration layered over the suction.

Inside the Channel: Sleeve, Seal and Suction
The single-entry opening leads into a soft TPR sleeve. Its job is the seal. The sleeve hugs your skin closely enough to stay airtight, so suction holds steady instead of leaking away. The inner diameter is 2 inches with 6.5 inches of insertable length, which keeps the fit snug from base to tip. Tightness here comes from the vacuum drawing the soft walls inward around you.
