Product Description
Silver Metal Plate With a Mock Commission
Its theme is a mock commission from the Department of Erections, and the silver metal plate gives the joke a polished, official look. Rather than reading as a flimsy prop, it has the heft and sheen of real hardware.
The shiny silver finish keeps the piece looking deliberate from across a room, which suits a badge meant to be noticed.
Pin Back Fastener and Core Specs
- Metal badge plate in a shiny silver finish
- Pin back fastener for attaching to clothing
- Measures 6.5 inches long and 3.25 inches in diameter
- Stands 0.5 inches high
The fastener is built to hold the badge in place through a full evening, so it stays put rather than sliding down a lapel or strap.
Light Enough to Wear All Night
At 0.11 pounds, the badge adds very little weight to whatever it is pinned to. That matters for a piece you may keep on for hours, since a heavier metal plate would start to pull at fabric.
Its compact footprint keeps the badge tidy on a jacket, bag, or shirt, and the modest height means it lies flat against the surface rather than standing off it.
Wipe the silver plate with a soft, dry cloth to keep its finish from dulling.
