Screaming O 4b Double O 6

Formula & Feel of the Screaming O 4B Double O 6

Stretch it open and the silicone feels notably soft and pliant. The Screaming O 4B Double O 6 is a vibrating double cock ring: one loop sits around the penis, the other around the testicles, and a vibrating bullet sits between them, delivering deep, rumbling vibrations. The body-safe silicone is phthalate-free and latex-free, and it flexes easily over the skin before settling into a snug, even hold. It is one size fits most, with enough give to suit different anatomies. You can pick it in a deep blue or a vivid purple.

Lube Compatibility & Application

Use a water-based lube with this cock ring. A small amount on the inside of both loops lets them slide on smoothly and keeps the silicone comfortable against the skin. Do not use silicone-based lube, because it can break down the silicone surface over time. Put the ring on before you are fully aroused, testicles first and then the shaft, and check that the bullet points where you want it. For couples play, angle the bullet upward so it meets your partner's body during contact. For solo play, the vibrations travel through both rings.

What to Know

The ring itself is silicone, and the bullet housing uses ABS plastic and SEBS, all body-safe materials made for repeated use. Remove the bullet before cleaning, then wash the ring with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner. Let it air dry completely before storing. It ships in discreet, recyclable packaging that also works for storing the ring between uses.
