Single Af Sash

Five feet of black sash is long enough to wrap, drape, or loop however you like. It sits across the body as a single band of color, so it reads clearly from across a room. It works with most outfits already planned for the night.

Adjusting the Fit

The sash adjusts to fit most party goers. Because it starts at five feet, there is usually extra length to gather and secure wherever it sits best. Wrap it at the waist for a belt-like line, or take it over one shoulder and down to the opposite hip for a diagonal that runs across the front of an outfit. Safety pins are not included, so have a few ready to hold the adjusted section in place.

Pinning Extras and Styling

The sash is made to be decorated. Candy, condoms, and flowers can all be pinned along its length, and the solid black background makes bright pins and colorful tokens stand out. Spread them evenly for a dense band of color, or cluster them near one end for a looser look. Because the sash is black, it pairs with dresses in almost any color and sits neatly over bold or sparkly fabrics. Layer it over lingerie for a coordinated look, or wear it over a plain top so the pinned pieces take center stage. Since it is lightweight, it will shift and swing as you move, so pins may need a quick adjustment now and then.

Bring your own safety pins, since none come with the sash.
