Size Matters Clear Penis Extender Sleeve

Inside the Channel: Nodes, Veins and Ridges

The real story of the Size Matters Clear Penis Extender Sleeve from XR Brands is what lines its hollow channel. Bulbous nodes, raised veins and subtle ridges run along the interior, and they press and drag along the shaft with every stroke. The interior diameter sits at roughly 1.2 inches, so the hold is snug and tight. That close fit also builds a gentle suction as you move, keeping the textures in steady contact instead of sliding loosely past.

Outside, the sleeve ends in a tapered, bulbous tip with a realistic shape, adding extra length up front.

Fit, Openings and Grip

This penis extension measures about 9 inches overall, with 6.25 inches of insertion length and an exterior diameter close to 2 inches. Two openings handle placement:

• Penis opening: 1.5 inches in diameter
• Scrotum opening: 1 inch in diameter
• Insertion length: 6.25 inches
• Exterior diameter: about 2 inches

Apply lube, then slide your full package through the main opening and settle the scrotum through the lower hole. That lower loop gives a firm stretch and anchors the sleeve, so it stays put and you keep control.

Clear TPR Material and Size Options

The sleeve is made from phthalate-free, body-safe TPR. It is fully transparent, flexible enough to mold around you, and soft with a bit of firmness that reads as skin-like. You can pick from two extension lengths, an extra 2 inches or an extra 3 inches. Both keep the same textured interior and overall build.

Cleanup and Care

Cleaning is simple. The smooth TPR surface lets warm water and mild soap, or a toy cleaner, flush out the textured channel without much effort. Pat it dry and store it somewhere cool and dry. Water-based lube is the best match for comfort and material compatibility, though silicone-based lube can also be used with this sleeve.
