Strict Mouth Spreader

What the Strict Mouth Spreader Is

Metal and PU leather combine in this gag, which holds a partner's mouth open with rounded tips set in each corner. Couples who explore consensual restraint can use it to set the terms of a scene in which one partner's jaw is held open while the other keeps control of the strap.

Build & Materials

The frame is metal: two claws that sit in the corners of the mouth, joined by a fork. It feels rigid, so the spreader holds its shape instead of flexing once it is in position. A black PU leather strap runs around the back of the head and anchors the whole piece. The matte black finish looks severe and deliberate.

The design is simple. Each claw ends in a rounded tip, so the contact points against the lips are smooth rather than angular. Once the strap is tightened, the lips are drawn taut and the mouth stays open.

Hardware & Adjustability

The strap is adjustable, so you set the tension yourself. Draw it in gradually until the lips are pulled to the stretch your partner has agreed to, then fasten it. The buckle is a locking style. Add a small padlock of your choice through it and the strap cannot be undone until you open the lock. The lock is not included, which lets you pick one that matches the rest of your gear.
