Metal chains drop directly from the ball gag to a pair of adjustable nipple clamps, so mouth and chest are tied into a single piece of XR Brands gear. Each chain measures 14 inches, which gives the clamps enough drop to reach the chest while staying linked to the gag. One fitting puts both sensations in place.
Materials & Construction
The ball is silicone, 1.65 inches in diameter. It sits behind the teeth and muffles speech. The strap is polyurethane PU leather, and the buckle, chains and clamps are metal. The finish is black throughout. The set is latex free and phthalate free, which matters for something that rests in the mouth and against bare skin.

Hardware & Locking Buckle
The strap closes at the back with a buckle built to take a lock. A lock and two keys come in the package. Once the strap is set and locked, it stays where you put it until a key opens it. Keep one key close and the spare somewhere you'll remember. The second key is there for that reason.
Adjustability & Fit
The strap runs from 16 inches up to 22.5 inches in circumference, so you can size it snug without forcing it. The clamps adjust separately from the strap. Dial them back for a light, teasing grip, or tighten them for a firm pinch. Because the two adjustments are independent, you can keep the gag comfortable while changing clamp pressure as the scene develops. Fit the strap first, then set the clamps, and check both often during play.
