Tyrant Spiked Clover Nipple Clamps

Measuring 3.5 inches long and 1.5 inches wide, these Japanese clover clamps are built from metal rather than padding. Each arm ends in a round-tipped spike, so the contact is a set of defined points instead of a soft squeeze. The silver finish gives them a hard-edged look.

Spiked Tips Instead of Padding

Many clamps rely on rubber or fabric to soften the grip. These skip that step entirely. The spiked tips press into the nipple and areola once the clamp is closed, and because the tips are rounded, the pressure is concentrated without being needle-sharp.

Pressure That Builds With Weight

The clamps are designed to tighten as you pull on them or hang weights from the chain. That chain measures 14.75 inches, which leaves room to add weight while the clamps stay in place. The jaws open up to 0.24 inches wide, a narrow gap that keeps the grip focused on a small patch of tissue.

Because the pressure rises with added load, you can start light and increase it gradually, which suits a slower, more deliberate pace.

Metal That Takes Temperature

All of the metal is nickel-free, which the maker notes makes the clamps suitable for sensitive skin. Since the material is solid metal, it can be heated or cooled beforehand, adding a temperature element to a scene. Warm water and mild soap are enough for cleaning. Rinse well and pat dry.
