The under the mattress strap runs beneath the bed and anchors everything above it, while the adjustable waist belt wraps the body and serves as a central point for restraint. Wrist and ankle cuffs connect through four adjustable tethers, so you can hold a partner close to the belt or give them more slack. Setup is simple. The positions you can create are varied.

Adjustability and Fit
