Clamp Construction and Adjustment
Each clamp closes with an alligator end, and a thumbscrew on each side sets the grip. Turning the screw tightens or loosens the clamp, so the pressure can be dialed from a light hold to a firmer one. Since each side adjusts on its own, the two clamps can be set to match.
The rubber tips can be removed. Once they are off, the bare metal touches the skin directly, which gives a sharper, more direct sensation than the rubber does. Keep the metal dry and wipe it clean after use, since bare metal can show wear from moisture over time.
