Hydroxtreme 5 Crystal Clea

How the Water-Filled Pump Works

The Bathmate Hydroxtreme 5 Crystal Clear is a water-based penis pump built around a simple idea: water fills the cylinder, and an attached handball lets you build pressure in controlled squeezes instead of relying on the cylinder alone. You fill it, fit it, and pump with the handball at your own pace. The crystal-clear body means you can see exactly what is happening inside the tube the whole time. It is powerless and waterproof, so it works in the bath or shower without batteries or charging.

Design & Build

The cylinder is clear acrylic plastic, so the view stays unobstructed during use. Bathmate pairs it with a new valve system and a detachable handball. The handball adds pressure gradually, giving you finer control over how firm the suction feels, and it comes off when you want to clean or store the pump. The materials are skin-safe, phthalate-free and latex-free, and the pump is reusable session after session.

Sizing matters with a hydropump. The Hydroxtreme 5 is made for users who measure 3 to 5 inches when erect. Bathmate offers the Hydroxtreme line in multiple sizes, so other measurements have their own matching model.
