The Nudity Confession
Harington admitted to Dinklage that he's been "weirdly doing a lot of nudity at the moment, and sex scenes." He explained his growing hesitation: "The more I do it, the more I think, 'I think I should stop.' I've got to start thinking about my kids, like, 'Why is Daddy always naked on-screen?'" It's a relatable concern for any actor juggling a public career with family life, especially one who started his breakout role with a famous scene in Game of Thrones. Dinklage, ever the supportive friend, quickly reassured him. "Nudity's good," he said, adding a lighthearted take: both have young kids who run around naked at home, so turnabout is fair play. Much of Harington's recent nudity stems from his role in HBO's drama Industry, where he plays Sir Henry Muck, a wealthy aristocrat who becomes entangled in a psychosexual power dynamic with corporate climber Yasmin (Marisa Abela) and tech mogul Whitney (Max Minghella). In Season 3, his character appears frequently in states of undress, from bathtub scenes to shower moments.
