Supermassive Games has revealed the voice cast for Until Dawn 2, its follow-up to the hit narrative horror game, and it's stacked with attractive actors whose faces and voices will bring characters to life. The developers have gone beyond traditional voice acting by using the performers' likenesses as the basis for in-game character designs, turning a star-studded roster into playable avatars.

Who's in the cast

The announcement includes several recognizable names from film and television. Dacre Montgomery, best known for playing Billy Hargrove in Stranger Things, joins the cast alongside his recent work in Elvis and the horror film Faces of Death. Gavin Leatherwood brings experience from Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and The Secret Life of College Girls on HBO, while Tanner Buchanan earned his breakout role as Robby Keene in Netflix's Cobra Kai before appearing in films like He's All That.

The cast also features Spence Moore II, recognized for roles in A.P. Bio and the medical drama Brilliant Minds, as well as veteran voice actor Neil Newbon, who won a Game Award for his performance in Baldur's Gate 3 and has lent his voice to titles like Resident Evil Village and Detroit: Become Human.

What sets this game apart

Until Dawn 2 continues the franchise's approach of blending Hollywood-quality storytelling with interactive gameplay. The original Until Dawn became influential enough to spawn a 2024 film, demonstrating the property's appeal beyond gaming. By casting recognizable actors and using their likenesses, Supermassive Games is doubling down on the cinematic, star-driven experience that made the first game stand out in the horror genre.

Character names and specific plot details for Until Dawn 2 have not yet been released, leaving fans to speculate about the roles these actors will inhabit when the game launches.
